New name, same great service

iCycle Electric and our sister company Cycles Recycled are now known as iCycle. If you've ever visited our shop you'll know that both businesses share the same building. At times this was confusing for people so we're bringing both brands together under one name: iCycle. We'll be offering new and used bikes and e-bikes, servicing and repairs, a full range of accessories (including Tannus Airless Tyres) as well as bike hire, training, events, plus lots more.

Who are the new owners?

We are still the same family owned business with the same great team (only it's now bigger and better!).

Can I still donate a bike to Cycles Recycled?

iCycle will still be recycling donated bikes and distributing the refurbished bikes to worthy members of the community. We now have a dedicated member of staff (Miles) who will organising community events and keeping the website up to date with news of these events and training courses. Each month we'll be donating refurbished bikes or accessories to people nominated by the local community. To nominate someone you can email us or call into the shop.

I've just bought a brand new e-bike from iCylce Electric. How does this affect my warranty?

It won't affect your warranty in any way. Our business's legal name has always been iCycle Ltd and this hasn't changed.

Do you still provide servicing and repairs?

Yes, we do. Whatever type of bike you ride - from an e-bike to a mountain bike, children's bikes to cargo bikes - our Cytech qualified team are here to keep you on the road.

Can I sell my old bike through you?

Yes. One of the benefits of bringing both companies together is that anyone buying a new electric bike can now sell their old bike through us.
